Parents or guardians, fill out this form and someone from our team will contact you to get started.

What is Kickstart?

Kickstart is a cool way for students to learn about money! Starting with a free checking account and free debit card, it teaches students the power of money and how they can make the most of it.

They can also watch educational videos, earn trophies for reaching goals, learn budgeting basics, borrow from parents and more, all under an adult’s guidance.

To open your student's Kickstart account, you'll need their Social Security card and state-issued ID or birth certificate. Parents who are not Desert Financial members will also need a driver’s license or other valid form of identification.
