SMALL BUSINESS EMERGENCY LOAN PROGRAM
With small businesses accounting for more than 99% of Arizona’s private-sector economy, we understand just how important these companies are to our community. To assist small-business owners impacted by COVID-19, we have created the Desert Financial Small Business Emergency Loan Program.1
Unlike the Paycheck Protection Program, this loan is not contingent on federal funding. Any small business in the counties we serve may apply for the Desert Financial Small Business Emergency Loan Program.
This loan program is designed to help cover operational expenses such as payroll, utilities, rent and taxes for businesses negatively affected by the pandemic. Business owners may borrow up to $25,000 if they qualify.
LENDING CRITERIA INCLUDES:
- Business must be physically located within Desert Financial’s field of membership.
- Business must be independently owned and operated.
- Business must have been established for a minimum of 3 years.
- A personal guarantee is required.
We know that times are tough for local businesses right now, and this loan is one way that we are able to help our small business community.
