Security questions will no longer be used to verify identity. After the upgrade, you can select "Remember this Device" or log in with verification codes.
Text banking will only be available for retrieving balances. Transfers and history will no longer be available via text banking, but you can view them in the app or online.
Currently, Android 4.4.x OS (KitKat) and earlier versions are not supported. Kitkat users can log in on the mobile website to do their banking.

Yes — for First Mortgage loans! Online banking loan payment options for First Mortgage loans will now include principal-only and escrow-only options. However, these options are not available for other loan types at this time.
If you’re registered as a business in online banking, you will no longer be able to order checks through online banking.
If you’re registered as an individual, you will be able to place check orders for your consumer and business accounts online. We anticipate that accounts registered as a business will be able to order checks online in the near future.
Yes. Any alerts that you have created previously have become obsolete, and you will need to create new ones.
You can set up new alerts and manage current alerts under the Notifications tab in your Settings.
Daily alerts — such as the balance alert — will be active after 5:00 p.m. on the same day that you set them up. All other alerts will be active within an hour of setup.
Text banking can only be used for viewing account balances. Alerts are notifications about account activity that you set up within the app and online banking.
