Use your selected authentication method (Face ID, fingerprint or passcode) to quickly verify your identity whenever you receive a push notification from Desert Financial via the MemberPass app.
MemberPass offers enhanced security. You won’t have to provide personal info like your birthday or social security number out loud – where other people could potentially overhear. Members control their own information on their smart devices.

How It Works:
Enroll in MemberPass by calling (602) 433-7000 or visiting a branch.
Scan the QR code on this page (or we can send you a link) to download the MemberPass app and set up your MemberPass ID.
You’ll receive a push notification from the app whenever we need to verify your identity.
Once you set up your MemberPass, you’ll verify your identity with your Face ID, fingerprint or passcode. It’s that easy!

Complete these steps once to set up MemberPass:
Call our Member Experience Center at (602) 433-7000 or visit a branch to enroll in MemberPass.
Scan the QR code or we’ll send a text message to your device with a link to install the MemberPass app. Click Open or Install to download the app.
Open the app and read the terms and conditions. Click Start Fresh to begin.
Choose whether you’d like to verify your identity with a Face ID, fingerprint or a 6-digit passcode and follow the instructions. (You’ll also need to set a passcode as a backup if you choose the facial recognition or fingerprint options).
Click Connect to accept Desert Financial’s request. A trusted connection has now been made.
You’ll receive your MemberPass ID in the app. Click Accept.
Allow push notifications so you can receive alerts when we verify your identity through MemberPass.
MemberPass is a mobile app that will become your digital identity wallet. Similar to payment wallets, this wallet stores your MemberPass digital ID in a secure manner.
MemberPass is securely stored in the MemberPass digital wallet app. Your data is encrypted and stored in a secure location on your smart device, keeping it safe from being hacked or used fraudulently by others. Members have full authority over their personal identity information and can choose who to share it with.
Your MemberPass data is never stored at Desert Financial. MemberPass uses privacy-enhanced technology that is used to protect the privacy and security of the member's personal information.
Since the device and the MemberPass wallet are locked and unlocked by security features, your digital identity remains secure.

Click on the Connection you want to delete in the MemberPass app
Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner
Select Delete Connection
When your MemberPass is deleted, all of your personal information will be permanently removed from your device and you will no longer be able to use MemberPass.
MemberPass is a third party that works with Desert Financial Credit Union to offer identity verification services.
