Desert Financial named to Forbes’ Best-In-State list

PHOENIX (Originally published September 8, 2022) – Desert Financial Credit Union was named to the Forbes list of Best-In-State Credit Unions 2022. 

Forbes, in partnership with statistics and industry ranking provider Statista Inc., identified the best U.S. credit unions based on an independent survey of approximately 26,000 U.S. consumers who were asked to rate credit unions at which they have or previously have had checking accounts. Desert Financial was among the top 3.4% of all U.S. credit unions to make the cut. 

Survey participants made recommendations regarding overall satisfaction; they also assessed banks in the following areas: Trust, Terms & Conditions, Branch Services, Digital Services, Customer Service, and Financial Advice. 

"While a nice feather in our caps, this recognition means more to us knowing that it was our members who scored Desert Financial so highly," said Desert Financial CEO Jeff Meshey. "Part of our mission is to share success with our members, and this honor is emblematic of the exceptional services we’re providing Arizonans." 

Desert Financial was most recently named Best Credit Union in the East and West Valley in the AZCentral’s Best of the Valley list.
